Junior Refrigeration Technician (Entry-Level)

Wages and Benefits

  • Starting salary: sector pay scale
  • All overtime is paid out.
  • Travel according to sector scale
  • 40 hours per week, with 20 statutory leave days + 12 ADV days.

What are you going to do?

As a Junior Refrigeration Technician, you will start by performing maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems. You will work on-site alongside an experienced colleague, gradually familiarizing yourself with the systems and how they function.

Over time, you will advance to installations and commissioning, contributing to industrial projects, and gaining greater independence at project sites.

Who are you?

  • You have completed or are currently pursuing a program such as an Associate Degree in HVAC, or a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Energy Technology, or Refrigeration Technology.
  • You have a foundation in refrigeration technology (Category I) or are willing to further develop in this field.
  • You work with precision, are eager to learn, and are not afraid to ask questions.
  • You hold a B driving license
  • You speak Dutch and French; basic English is a plus.
  • Interns and working students are also welcome, with genuine opportunities for career advancement.
